I designed this healthy mix & match meal plan to give you a jumpstart on eating healthier so you can make healthy happen!

I am a mama of 3 and entrepreneur at heart! So I work from home and understand how hard it can be to feed your family healthy food that they will eat and actually enjoy!

These recipes are kid-approved and family-friendly! If you find you need to swap out some ingredients, simple rule of thumb is to keep it in the same food family: veggies for veggies, lean protein for lean protein and so on. Spices can always be adapted to your liking!
