How do we control stress? 

That's why I started speaking about yoga for stress management. I'm a contributing writer for the local newspaper about stress management. I've been featured in Voyage ATL Magazine for my unique style to address stress management. 

As an International Speaker and yoga instructor, I know the importance of speaking to a variety of people's hearts and minds with a message about stress relief and the effects it has on our bodies. 

In today's society where everyone is in a hurry and everything requires a time limit, we have to be somewhere and we stretch ourselves to the maximum coupled with the fact that we're usually on a tight schedule. That will cause stress.  For many, the thought of all those things equals stress. 

When  I ask many people the question, how do you control your stress? I get silence.
